• Products refers to industrial and food processing machinery, equipment, spare parts, and accessories supplied by the Company.

2. Order and Acceptance

2. The Company reserves the right to reject any order without providing a reason.
3. Orders are confirmed only after written acknowledgment or issuance of an invoice.

3. Prices and Payment

1. Prices are as per the current quotation or website listing and may change without notice.
2. Payments must be made as per the invoice terms.
3. All applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges are borne by the Customer unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

1. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
2. The Company is not liable for delays due to force majeure or external factors.
3. Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery at the agreed location.

5. Warranty and Liability

1. Products are covered under manufacturer warranty, if applicable.
2. No liability for damages due to improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
3. Defect claims must be reported within the specified period after delivery.

6. Returns and Cancellations

1. Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products with prior approval.
2. Cancellation of confirmed orders may attract cancellation charges.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights remain with the Company.
2. No reproduction or distribution without written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, technical, and financial information shared during the course of business.

9. Governing Law

1. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts in Odisha / Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

10. Amendments

INDIA FOODS PROCESSING reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review them periodically.
